Syllabus

Exam: 3 hour in-class, open book and open notes. For exam review, you may find Prof. Dogan's recent antitrust exams helpful. Those are similar in structure to what ours will be.

  • Class 10 (4/2): IP for tying and monopolization: 548-69 Eastman-Kodak and 706-15 ISO Antitrust Litigation
  • Class 11 (4/7): pp. 570-77, 716-36 U.S. v. Microsoft;

    Important Course Information

    Attendance and participation: Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 - 10:00 am in [TBD]. You are expected to attend each class prepared to discuss the assigned reading.

    Wiki: The course will include a wiki where you may post commentary and questions. You are encouraged to post links to interesting news articles or events, resources you have discovered, and your own original analysis. You may not, of course, infringe copyright by posting more than fair-use excerpts of what others have written.
