Spinach Cottage Cheese Casserole
Thaw spinach and press most of the liquid out. Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten eggs. Add flour, cheese and salt to taste; mix thoroughly. Saute onions in margarine until wilted, add. Gently fold in spinach. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
