| Tuna Basil Penne
- 1 pound penne, cooked to al dente in salted water, drained and cooled
- 1 can solid tuna in olive oil, chunked
- 1 cup pitted calamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, washed and quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, julienned
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except olive oil, toss well. Add olive
oil.
Eat! Serves 6 as main dish, more as side. Great for summer barbecues.
