Cream butter and sugars. Add honey, eggs, and vanilla. Mix.
Grind oats into flour in food processor. Mix with other dry
ingredients, and add to egg mixture.
Add chocolate and craisins/cherries.
Use ice-cream scoop to make balls. Refrigerate overnight before
baking.
Preheat oven to 350F. Flatten balls on parchment/silicone
liner. Sprinkle lightly with coarse salt. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
