Wendy's Apple Cheesecake
Crust
1/2 c margarine
1/3 c sugar
1 c flour
1/4 t vanilla
Cream margarine and sugar, add flour and vanilla.
Press into 9" springform pan, leaving 1/2" rim.Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla
Spread over crust.
Topping
4 c apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 t cinnamon
1/3 c sugar
Mix cinnamon and sugar and coat apples.
1/4 c sliced almonds
Top with almonds.Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 400 and bake 25 minutes.
Loosen pan, cool, remove cake from pan.
