		<description>Meanwhile, in case you didn't pick it up via Slashdot, the Utah legislature's recent resolution, H.C.R. 3, contains some rather undiplomatic language beginning at line 90:

"WHEREAS, the United States remains in control of the Internet through the Department of Commerce, and the National Telecommunication and Information Association;"

Fortunately, I suspect, since the end of the cold war, the Russians no longer bother to routinely monitor non-binding resolutions from Salt Lake City&#8212;and I doubt our Canadian neighbors and Australian friends ever did.  Else we might hear some static from the UK about American arrogance.

These morons don't want the U.S. to have any friends left.
