1. I have a blog. http://www.newerawisp.blogspot.com/ To-day I found out somebody has started using http://www.newerawisp@blogdpot.com/ I don’t know who started using first. But I think I did on 4-28-2005. Does the first owner has any exclusivity rights.

2. Just one more. I had a site http://durgasoft.tripod.com/ Tripod deleted it a while ago. But my site was covered by all search Engines. When you conducted a search using durgasoft you got results using durgasoft in the links contained in the search results. But when you clicked on those results the sites had nothing to do with durgasoft. Can I claim any damages?
