I *feel* (emphasis on feel since i'm not a lawyer) that this could end up making the decision of whether or not someone induces criminal activity an arbitrarily decided thought crime that judges/courts decide since an argument could be made that any device induces criminal activity. I recently used a pencil to copy down info from a book in the bookstore and more importantly used Google to find possibly illegal files :/
