The version of Happy Birthday To You is credited in the credits to a string quartet -- was it instrumental? While I'm not surprised that Warner would be willing to pay itself for sync rights, I thought that the music was published pre-1923, while the words were published post-1923. An instrumental version would seem to require no clearance or credit (except for the string quartet arrangement, which appears to be uncredited anyway).</description>
