		<description>The foot-tester need not be the kind of oracle you described.  I used a similar foot-tester at O'Hare but it was inside the security processing area (but before the metal detector), so that you couldn't change your mind and leave quietly if you didn't like what the tester said.  You could go through security with your shoes on or off -- but you had to go through.</description>
