		<description>There are two significant problems inherent in this concept of "cyber-vigilantism". One is that it is technically difficult, if not impossible for the "Law Givers" to perform. Orrin Hatch is clearly not a member of the hacker community nor a sys admin. The second problem here is that it would be foolish indeed for the U.S. Government to get into a cyber war with U.S. citizens. We out man and out gun them.
